Sicky Baby

One week before his birthday Jax got a cold, he was happy but stuffy and sneezy for a week.... then one week to the day his cold started he got an ear infection and still he was pretty happy and such a good baby. Till one week after his ear infection he got this rash...It started with a fever on a Friday and then Saturday morning I had put him down for a nap and when he woke up he looked like he had a heat rash on one side of his face and his belly and Sunday morning he looked like this....Hot red cheeks and tiny red dots from head to toe... puffy eyes and a fever of 102 for three days before it started to fade... as sad and pathetic as he looked he was soo cute and cuddly I have to admit I kinda enjoyed him being so sweet:)

Jackson's 1st Birthday

Jackson's first birthday came too quickly for this mommy's liking. Life has changed so much since he was born. He got a cold a week before his birthday and an ear infection the day before so he was a little blah on his big day but he still was pretty happy.

Monkey cupcakes were yummy and so much fun to make!

Jackson and his cousins Katelyn and Nolan... They were good to sit for a moment for a picture but Jackson on the other hand WOULD not sit still long enough for me to get a good one with all of them looking at the camera:)
